Camping at Snowbank

We camped 2 nights at Snowbank Campground. It was so nice to have all of Saturday afternoon at camp. We made a cheesecake in the dutch oven, played in a culvert, went for small walk and just generally relaxed.

Such a big boy:
We dare not camp without markers and paper these days. Madigan loves to have them within reach at all times during the day. Some days she wakes up and starts drawing something from the day before or as soon as we arrive home she sits down and draws something we saw while away.
Leo's first sucker:

Thank goodness for culverts! We felt so happy that a culvert was in the campground. It made the perfect play spot for the kids. Madigan and Dad caught slugs and bugs and M made little habitats for them to live in.
And seriously, we do have the cutest kids.... I couldn't choose which photo to share so here's the whole series in the pajamas.








And in case anyone forgot, Naya is still around!! LOVE that dog!
