Updated House Photos

I know you have all been dying to see photos of the house. we finally painted the upstairs and have been working on getting our things on the wall and finding places for everything. We still need trim along the floors in every room, in addition to a whole list of other things.

The living room is a light sage. The kitchen is a pale blue and the 1/2 wall around the new stairwell is a pale yellow along with the small hallway near the bedrooms.



This is the new stairwell. It was in the middle of the house and if it could not be moved, I was not going to love here (that's how much I hated it.) So, it will have a bamboo ledge to match the bamboo countertops in the kitchen. It will also have a built in long bookshelf where you see all the plants.


Kyle's going to start work on the downstairs this winter (hopefully). It's unfinished right now since we tore all of the carpet out and all of the paneling on the walls will be going too. There ill be an additional bedroom, a small office area, a laundry room, tv room/den and the 2nd bathroom.


Also, here's a picture of Madigan's room. It's been painted since we moved in but I don't know if showed everybody. Her crib is not in here but it's definitely her room. The green is very bold, but very welcoming and warm too. Her room gets western sunlight and makes the green very vibrant during the evening hours.
