Okay, so here it is- a picture of the new house. The neighborhood is very quiet and has an older population. Our neighbors across the street came to say hi yesterday as we were working and they were very nice. They said that Madigan chose the right neighborhood to be spoiled- lots of Grandmas and Grandpas on the block. We're only about 4 blocks from the Co-op and other grocery store, as well as lots of other things.
Over the weekend, we tore out all of the carpet upstairs and pulled out the staples, removed a built in table and desk, removed wood paneling in the dining room, and removed a small broom closet... Today I am meeting with a flooring person and tomorrow the kitchen cabinet person.
