Fall Season

It's been a wonderful Fall here- so warm and so colored. We sometimes (a lot of the time) skip this season and go right into cold and snow. Last year, it snowed on Madigan's birthday (October 7th) and this year it was 70's....

Artwork & Mischief

Madigan and I have been trying to do some little art projects together. We both really love it, and it's nice to spend a few minutes with her during the day. While we created, Leo could be found standing at the stair gate.

In the Crib

As soon as Leo wakes up from his nap, Madigan is there to greet him. The other day I found this:

HIgh Chair Days

Leo is full on eating in the high chair these days. He's just been introduced to the mesh bag filled with avocado and he loves it!

After Bath

I thought Leo looked so cute wrapped up in orange. Here's a few shots of him after bath time.

Ah, the Beach...or the third leg of our vacation....

We had a beach house 2 blocks from the ocean in Dewey Beach, Delaware. It was a real vacation with lots of good food and good company. It was so great, I'm getting sad just typing about it. M didn't love the ocean, but she did love the sand. And Leo did too by the amount he tried to eat!
























We surprised Madigan with a little early birthday celebration with a cake and a song. She was very surprised and still talks about it. She told her friend Paige: "Paige, I'm 4 now, but I'm still a little bit 3."

Vacation Leg 2

After Kyle joined us on Friday we headed to Waynesboro to stay with Kyle's parents. There were goats to tend, an ice cream social with family and lots of farm time.
