Madigan is now home full time with us for the Winter. We are having a very unusually warm winter with barely any snow. We have been keeping busy with legos, puzzles, books, etc. We went to the library 3 times this past week alone (after begging from Madigan!). After this weekend she has all her gear for skiing (starts lessons Feb 25th) and she also started ice skating lessons on Tuesday nights. All 4 of us have been tearing through reading material like you would not believe! Madigan's ideal day would be to read from morning to night. And Leo has caught the bug as well, made even better by Madigan finding truck books for him at the library (sweet big sis).

Madigan wanted to start ballet class again so we went to class once and then she decided she did not want to start classes again. Does she look so cute and happy? She continues to dance around the house, but apparently a structured class with a set time is not what this girl wants right now in the midst of our very unstructured Winter.
Oh my boy, I could go on and on about this sweet little man. In the last couple of weeks he seems even more attached to me, saying "Mama" all the time and giving me kisses as soon as he wakes up and then all day by surprise.

Naya is around 14 years old and her latest vet appointment last week revealed she is still in perfect health!
