Georgetown Lake Camping

We headed up to Georgetown Lake last weekend for 2 nights of camping. We hadn't been to that area before. It was very pretty and had lots to do. We caught tadpoles (large ones with legs) and frogs at the boat launch. Madigan and I took the inflatable kayak around the shore, until a storm rolled in. Saturday night a crazy intense thunderstorm came through the campsite-luckily we were prepared with tarps and such. The Nelsons joined us for Saturday night. On Sunday we all headed to Philipsburg to visit the World's largest Candy Store-The Sweet Palace.

The inflatable pool for confinement didn't work so well this trip. The bottom ring of the pool had a hole and Leo would just stick his arm over the side and grab handfuls of rocks and sticks.
