Madigan is starting to potty train and sleep in her own bed-all at the same time! Last Saturday Dad put Madigan on the potty seat after we saw her "straining"...and she went #2! Then we put underwear on her and she actually went #1 and didn't tell us about it! Then the next day she went again when wearing her underwear!!!
Also on Saturday she went to sleep in her bed too! Our new routine is to read books and rock in the chair in her room, then she jumps into her own bed and goes to sleep. We wait until she falls asleep before we creep out of the room. She ends up back in our bed, but we're okay with that for now. We're so happy she is willing to even sleep in her room -she used to cling to us and we had to lay down in her toddler bed with her (pretty hard since it's the same length as a crib!)
Yay!, she's totally TWO!
