So, we sold our home in Belgrade after 9 days with a For Sale by Owner sign. We had NO idea that it was going to move that fast, despite that people told us that it would. Since taking the offer, we look at the house and realize what a great house and home it has been to us. We had lots of good times here- a new baby, a new dog, a pregnancy, a first home loan, the list goes on. But the one thing we didn't have was Bozeman, and all of the great things that it offers- restaurants, trails, parks, shopping. We haven't found a new house yet, but we're trying to be patient. We're looking in the older, downtown area so that we can walk anywhere we want to. If we don't find something soon, we're okay with being renters while we look.....
Please send good vibes our way and hope that we find something with all of things we're looking for (i.e. detached garage, basement, TWO bathrooms, yard, near parks and trails, oh the list goes on....)
